Kişisel verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman silme hakkına sahipsiniz. Aşağıdaki yöntemlerden birini kullanabilirsiniz.

You have the right to delete your personal data at any time. You can use one of the methods below.

1. Verilerinizi Nasıl Silebilirsiniz?

📱 Yöntem 1 — Uygulama İçinden Önerilen

  1. Yakında uygulamasını açın
  2. Profil sekmesine gidin
  3. Ayarlar simgesine dokunun
  4. Hesap bölümüne gidin
  5. Hesabımı Sil seçeneğine dokunun
  6. Onay adımını tamamlayın

Hesabınız ve tüm verileriniz 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinir.

📧 Yöntem 2 — E-posta ile Talep

  1. destek@yakindaapp.com adresine Veri Silme Talebi konusuyla e-posta gönderin
  2. E-postanızda adınızı ve hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinizi belirtin
  3. Talebiniz 30 gün içinde işleme alınır ve size bildirim gönderilir
2. Silinen Veriler

Hesap silme işlemi tamamlandığında aşağıdaki veriler kalıcı olarak silinir:

Profil bilgileri (ad, yaş, cinsiyet, biyografi)
Profil fotoğrafları ve yüklenen görseller
Mesaj geçmişi
Eşleşmeler ve beğeniler
Konum verileri
İlgi alanları ve tercihler
Premium abonelik bilgileri
E-posta adresi ve doğum tarihi
3. Saklanmaya Devam Eden Veriler

Yasal zorunluluklar gereği aşağıdaki veriler belirli süre anonim olarak saklanabilir:

  • Sistem log kayıtları (güvenlik amaçlı, kişisel bilgi içermez)
  • Yasal uyumluluk gereksinimleri kapsamındaki kayıtlar
4. Abonelik İptali

Hesabınızı silmeden önce aktif aboneliğinizi iptal etmeniz önerilir.

  • App Store abonelikleri: iPhone Ayarlar → Apple ID → Abonelikler
  • Google Play abonelikleri: Google Play → Abonelikler

Abonelik iptali yapılmadan hesap silinirse mevcut dönem sona erene kadar erişim devam eder ancak yenileme yapılmaz.

5. Veri Taşınabilirliği

Hesabınızı silmeden önce verilerinizin bir kopyasını talep edebilirsiniz. destek@yakindaapp.com adresine Veri Kopyası Talebi konusuyla e-posta gönderin.

1. How to Delete Your Data

📱 Method 1 — From the App Recommended

  1. Open the Yakında application
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Tap the Settings icon
  4. Go to the Account section
  5. Tap Delete My Account
  6. Complete the confirmation step

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

📧 Method 2 — Request via Email

  1. Send an email to destek@yakindaapp.com with the subject Data Deletion Request
  2. Include your name and the email address registered to your account
  3. Your request will be processed within 30 days and you will be notified
2. Deleted Data

When the account deletion process is complete, the following data is permanently deleted:

Profile information (name, age, gender, bio)
Profile photos and uploaded images
Message history
Matches and likes
Location data
Interests and preferences
Premium subscription information
Email address and date of birth
3. Data That Continues to Be Stored

Due to legal requirements, the following data may be stored anonymously for a certain period:

  • System log records (for security purposes, does not contain personal information)
  • Records under legal compliance requirements
4. Subscription Cancellation

It is recommended to cancel your active subscription before deleting your account.

  • App Store subscriptions: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Google Play subscriptions: Google Play → Subscriptions

If the account is deleted without canceling the subscription, access continues until the current period ends but no renewal occurs.

5. Data Portability

You can request a copy of your data before deleting your account. Send an email to destek@yakindaapp.com with the subject Data Copy Request.
